Thanking others for help.

I thank everyone for everything. I thank my family whenever they do something helpful and anyone else that has helped me. I remember in school I got suspended for have a hole in my pants and the principal said she would try to take it off and I said a big THANK YOU! (True story!)

I always say thank you. From the time I was young, I was taught to say thank you to whoever helps me, regardless of their age. It's true, certain expressions don't come out easy, especially if you are shy, but actually it also shows on the face when you are thankful, except its not always that people look at our face to see how we feel about what they have done for us.
Saying thank you makes the helper want to do it again!

I used to feel the same way but as we have all aged I've realized that we could drop dead at any time and I would feel bad that they didn't know how much I appreciated them. I thank everyone who helps me, because it may be my last chance.

I always thank others when I receive help from them. I think it is not only the polite thing to do but it also motivates and encourages them to continue to help others because of the appreciation that they receive for helping.

Don't be shy to express your thanks. You are returning the favor well by expressing your thanks to those who have helped you.
