Hi friends for a while I was not able to come online to the site for some personal problems.Anyway though my problem still lies where it was so without much time thinking about it I am here again in the lot family.I guess few members here must be missing my stupidities for a while.so I am back again... Anyway for quite sometime I have been thinking about the health issues that we all are experiencing everyday.And we all want to look best and stay fit.For that we do all that we could to achieve it.Since i am not a fitness freak,so this question of staying fit to me is not important.But i am sure people are very much concerned about it.especially the women... so by curiousity I just wanted to know what is the most craziest or funniest thing you did to stay fit?And how many tires the ladies got here?how many packs the men have got? i have no tire no packs in my body... (TIRE=FATS AROUND THE BELLY)SPECIALLY THE WOMEN (PACKS=ABDOMEN MUSCLES)THE MEN HAVE.

sunil_008 (654) | 7 months ago | Hi margajoe,yeah some problems are gone.but you know human health and all its complications.you never know when things go wrong again with the body...why don't you do some excercise everyday if not in the gym still you can go for walking or running or may be cycling or swimming will do for you...i hope you will lose another 10 soon and will even look pretier...thanks for responding...

Margajoe (2140) | 7 months ago | I am trying to do yoga everyday. I sleep better, but only lost 1 kilo so far. My back seems to feel better when I do yoga. So maybe it has a double effect. Better for my back, helps me sleep and I lose some weight. hahaha! Take care.

3. JenInTN (3537) | 7 months ago | Hi sunil! No tires here yet. I don't really do alot as far as exercise but my job is very physical sometimes. Maybe that's how I keep it off. I guess I'm kind of weird because I gain a little weight in the summer and lose it in the winter...lol..Not alot but enough I can tell it. I've always been small and have been very lucky to have had the health I have for this long.
