Should I buy PSP?

if you want to go ahead. which do yuo like best? make sure you will not end up thinking to buy the other version.
i am still waiting for the downgrade of PSP 3000. its hard to buy the UMD's.. needs to save more for it:(

hell figjam00, If Sony is coming out with a new one within six months I would wait. I currently have a PSP. I love it for me being thirty four years old they don't make enough adult games. I have alot of songs uploaded on my PSP. Never bought a movie for it. I like it. Happy myLotting!

Well i am a big fan of Sony. I have supported them since the ps1. Now i have every system from the Atari to Dreamcast to 360. Now i personally do not prefer the PSP. The main reason being the one analog stick i can't work with that it feels to weird to me. But, the average gamer can so you should buy it even though it is lacking so quality game content. And why wait for the new PSP i know they are coming out with one but if you have the cash get both. If you don't and you plan to use your PSP for a while get the newer one or wait until the newer one comes out for the old ones price to drop. There won't be a big difference in the two.

I would recommend that you wait. I have a PSP and it's been collecting dust for 3 years now. I want to pick up God of War and FF7: Crisis Core for it, but I figure those games will be downloadable when the new, UMDless PSP comes out.

In conclusion, save up and wait.

haha=D I think it's better to buy whatever is in the market now.. Because new stuffs, especially gadgets are not stable when they are first launched.. So by time u are ready to buy a new version of PSP, u might need to wait for another few months again.. lol=D By then, another version would have been launched again.. hehe^_^

If u are really eager to own one, just that the current version as i dun see much difference between this and those future ones.. lol=D

You should. Because PSP is one of the most coolest gadgets invented in our time:) It's the best on today's history. Just imagine that's you'll be able to play our favorite games anytime and anywhere. Isn't that just great? You'll even be able to play your old favorite PS1 games on your PSP.

Me too i need also some help from you if what PSP model did you buy? and what with the firm ware downgrade? what is its purpose all about anyway?

I have to say that having a newer version of PSP is good but it might have limitations like older games not compatible with the format of the new one. You might get a lot of that.

As for getting the current version, I think it's fine. It already have great look and you can really enjoy it.:)
