Some were revered and remembered by people even til now. Who is the greatest of them all? Genghis Khan? Qin Shihuang? Alexander The Great? Gandhi? George Washington? Abraham Lincoln? Qin Shihuang has a long and strong effect in Chinese history, we can feel his effect even nowadays. Though Genghis Khan also effected a lot in Chinese history, but I think it is weaker than Qin Shihuang.
But Genghis Khan have a greater effect than Qin Shihuang when it comes to outside of China.
