if u have eyesight do u prefer to put Spectacles or u don't because of prestige  

Actually, I wear glasses but only to read which is a pain because I have to keep putting them on and taking them off. Often I misplace them or forget to bring them with me on certain occasions. I don't have a problem wearing them but I wish I had to wear them all the time.I don't think people put any labels on you if you wear glasses. I know when we were kids,some were made fun of because they wore glasses but I don't think that is as common anymore. Have a great day and happy posting.

It's not like people don't have the options to avoid wearing specs if they're vain or forgetful about wearing them or drawing attention to weakening eyesight..You can have an optician make you up a prescription for contact lenses,or even get laser correction surgery in some cases..Working in a Restaurant,the number of older people who come in and sit down to look at the menu without their specs then have to rely on others in their party to read them the menu,or have to go out to the car or wherever to fetch them and holding the thing up -it's unbelieveable! and the menu isn't exactly in small print..

They have way to many styles to choose from to make you look good in glasses so for those that cannot wear contacts for whatever reason should have no problem wearing their glasses. I wear mine proudly, and I get great comments on them all the time.
