The proverb work while you work, play while you play tells you what you should do. When we are working,we should focus on attention on your work . But we can't work all day long without recreation, for all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy . Play is as necessary to us as work . Play can relieve us of the fatigue from our work,and makes us cheerful . As for me everyday out of work I play badminton for a while with my friend or go out for a walk . So,for a fruitful and cheerful life, it is important to strike a balance berween work and play .
