 Here is a subject that could be rather embarrassing but I'll start the discussion anyway and we'll see what everyone has to say. I don't know if men have this problem much but if so I hope they will speak out and we can all share. So how many of you have felt like, when you sneeze you have just wet ur underpants. Or it get harder to hold ur urine the older you get? Do you feel like it's a real embarrassing problem or not?

Okay, well thanks alot I will have to try to remember all of this, I never did really like doing kegel exercises but I suppose you gotta do what you gotta do. For me I think using liners would probably be the best bet. But everyone has gotta do what works best for them...Anyways, happy mylotting and thanks for sharing!

3.  playapal (804) | 7 months ago |  I think that most of us have this problem as we get a bit older. I remember getting on a trampoline and jumping and every time I jumped I peed a little. And of course after sneezing or laughing really hard. I just had a hysterectomy last week and while the doctor was in there he moved my bladder and told me that it wouldn't happen anymore.....we'll see. Of course if I'd had my preference I'd just wear panty liners and do my Kegels.
