Does anyone have a hobby of collect book series?

My little cousin likes to collect Harry Potter series, and my sister likes to collect Ann Rice "The chronicles of Vampires" series. Does anyone here have a hobby of collecting book series? Have you ever thought about sell them on ebay or other auction sites in the future?

Hi, I don't collect book series - is this something like a continuation? However I like to collect books by the same author (that is, authors that I favor). I often shop around for their books to add to my collection. As to selling them, I don't think so. I can't bear to part with them.

I am not sure if I would call it a hobby, but I have kept many books that I have read. I have every Stephen King book written, I have Gone with the Wind, Scarlette and Rhett Butlers people.
I have every book by Phillipia Gregory.
I keep them because they mean soemthing to me and I like to re-read them from time to time.
