Have you ever had Sleep Paralysis???

I don't know if the situation of me can say as the Sleep Paralysis, sometime I will have a feeling of numb from hands, calf and feet, or shoulder so that let me awake. Maybe just cause of my sleep habit, used to side.

I remember one time I was lay on the bed at night, but I didn't sleep, I cant sleep even though how hard I try, I was just thinking everything like my life,
firends,the past, my recent event of grandpa's death, the horrible things, feeling and existence of someone or even a ghost in the room like you said, then I realized that I can't turn over my body and say a word even though how hard I try, my heart beated so hard and fast I was scared. After struggled a while, I started to take a deep breath, put all my attension to slow it down again and agian, then, to my surprise, I got the strength to action....
now,I think this reaction is relative with your thinking(make you scared), maybe at that time I just put all myself into thinking,more I thought,more I heavily stuck in the thinking, then the tension of awareness reacted to the tension of body. is that so? It's just my little point.

i always have this case. from my child to now, i have many many times have this case. i don't know why, may be my health not very well. or i sleep a long time. i would count the number when i can't move . that will be ok.
