Help! I cannot place a picture on my profile

If you like to insert an image in your profile page, please see the below:

1) Go to "Preferences" (The text link is found on top of the screen).
2) Under "Customize Your Profile", you can see your current avatar, which is the default avatar for all newcomers. Below the picture, click Browse, and add the image file which you want to be your new avatar.
3) Click on "Update" at the bottom of the screen.
4) You're now done! The image will appear on your profile.
