yh i am going to see harry potter 6.5  | |  i think this is stupid after waiting for ages to see the last film they are going to delay the ending by splitting it into to seperate films. is this really because the film is to big for one disc or is it another marketing scam. i would love to hear your opinions.

Especially since these movies are targeted in part towards a younger audience, who might have problems sitting still for 3-4 hours in a theater....
I think that it's great that they split the book into two movies, because not only do we get two movies, but we get more details from the book!

While not exactly on the same subject, I know that some people have suggested that the postponing of the movie from November to June had to do with Daniel Radcliffe's participation in the controversial play Equus, or that it had to do with the murder of one of the actors in a smaller part, but it could be something as easy as marketing or that they wanted more time to cut the movie so that it would be as good as possible. | |
