What do you think of Legend of Dragoon?  

Hi there steelkhan! Thank you for your response! I think I beat Legend of Dragoon a total of 12 times already. Addicted much? Haha, I even put it on my PSP. Every time I beat it, I play it again immediately. I'm so crazy about this game, haha.

I'm hoping for LOD2 and a movie (if possible) too. But I think I'm losing hope waiting for those. If I'm not mistaken, LOD1 was released about 9 years ago right? But I'll still keep my fingers crossed.

"Just Amazing" comes to mind you have completed LOD 12 times. its not addiction its called love and you are not crazy, i too complete some games over and over again and i play them when ever i get the chance.
Lets hope all our wishes come true not only LOD2 & movie related all of our wishes. my advice to you is never lose hope any thing is possible. yes LOD was released about 8,9 and 10 years ago (in Japan on Dec 2/1999, in North America on June 11/2000 and on Jan 19/2001 in Europe). In the end i think, you think like me on the subject of gaming.

Yes, matawak. I've graduated on playing it like 2 years ago. And now, I'm almost beating the game again as I'm already on disc 4. Don't you like this game? It's really very good. It's sad that your disc 3 is damaged.. what I did when all of the discs were damaged was buy a new set. I never regretted it because I'm really addicted to Legend of Dragoon.

I love this game and wanted to play it as well. But cassette PS1 here is difficult in the search or find the rare, but once I had long wanted to play this game. Ayameyoki, if you have favorite game than this?

Do not worry about that. My favorite game is FF8/9 and Legend of Legaia. Do you have graduated to play Chrono Cross game? If I have not because the disc 1 persuing animals that wretched catch, and can only be 2 more difficult. From 1 hour to 2 hour also not complete catch.

Oh, yes that's true! Legend of Dragoon is the best game I've ever played.. it's the very first game that I liked and loved to the extent. I was really sad when Lavitz died the first time that I played the game. It was unexpected plus Dart and Lavitz were best buds.. It was tragic. And also when Lavitz showed up in Mayfil, I was so touched with their parting and sad at the same time because Lavitz game them his last strength just to show Dart and the others the way.. Sniff. Haha okays enough of drama.. What is the combo attack move? I don't think I know what you're talking about friend, hehe. Oh and why do you find the soundtrack boring? I think it's very good.. hehe. I also wish that there will be a sequel or at least a movie but that seems impossible now.. It's been ten years...

By the way, do you still play Legend of Dragoon up to this day?

oh the combo attk move i mean is when you normally attk you need to press the "x" button in time when the box reach the mid? get what i mean? erm..i remember it is something called the additions..it's the unique fighting style in the game :)
hmm...somehow i like the music in Chrono Cross better..:D
but that game are very good, just personally i prefer the battle theme to be more epic...hehe
I haven't play that game in awhile...since you start this discussion and bring back my memories..i may replay it sometimes later...

Haha lol I get you. When it reaches the middle and it's color white, it means perfect right? So that's the combo attack you were talking about.. I agree with you. This is the only game with the 'addition fighting feature' and it's really unique.. One thing that I liked about this game is its uniqueness.

Chronno Cross.. haha yes the soundtrack is good too. I remember myself playing it about 5 years ago. I kind of miss that game now... But sadly I won't be able to play it in my PS1 anymore because it's broken. I'll see what I can do to play it on my PSP.

I see.. Would you believe that I haven't played a single game of Final Fantasy yet? I only know the characters.. nothing more than that. Well, I attempted to a single Final Fantasy game but to my dismay, it's in Japanese and I don't understand Japanese. And also, it hangs.. It was really annoying because I was really curious about Final Fantasy at that time. So unfortunate

Well, that is possible since not everyone could have a copy of the game. I started out with Finaly Fantasy VII, knowing that there were already other Final Fantasies before that but, I luckily started when they began developing games in 3D compared to the previous ones that were still all side-scrolling or in 2D

12th time? You must've already completed everything that you can do in that game.. sounds like your PSX is still in working condition or.. are you using a PS2 to play your PSX games..? (^_^?)

its tooo late for this but the dragoon in this cartoon (BAYBLADE) are very different from the game LODs dragoon but at the same time they are not very different, A Dragoon was orignally a soldier intended to fight on foot but to deploy by horse.they were therefore trained in horse riding as well as infantry fighting skills.dragoon regiments were established in most european armies during the late 17th and early 18th centuries. originally dragoons were ccnsidered separate from the cavalry, but during the 18th century dragoon units evolved into conventional cavalry.
the word "dragoon" is derived from the french army designation dragon whih was originally the name of a type of firearm whose name means dragon (in french) carried by french dragoons.
in the game "LOD" dragoon means both things "dragon and dragoon" but in the cartoon Dragoon is used for dragon (in french and purtagese, dragon and dragoon are same things.
