Which history figure would you like to meet?

Hi bigott, Jimi Hendrix is a good one! I would love to meet with my Dad, he past away years ago. He's not exactly a history figure though, so I will change that
to Ghandi! I would love to listen to Ghandi speak .

history figure, when you ask... would like to meet Hitler. if i ever meet him i would like to talk to him and know what made him a dictator and how did he build courage to dictate his terms.

Alexander the Macedonian, known primarily as Alexander the great. He unified much of the known world at the time, during a time that the world was rife with unrest and battle. Sure he did it by the power of his army, but still, as a military commander there really isn't anyone even in his league. Imagine the tales he could tell.

there are times i would like to go into history to see, such as new testament Bible times, the beginning of the 20th centuray and as for people, i would like to have met people that were just average but were not in an average situation. such as someone that was fighting the american civil war, someone that lived in nyc in 1900, someone that survived the titanic, etc.

Jesus- to see if he was for real and what he has to say
Bruce Lee- because he was amazing and I respect him
Hitler- to kick him in the face

Erik Satie and Frederic Chopin. Two of my favorite pianists. I would love to talk to both of them about what inspires them musically and what it takes to reach a level of skill that they have achieved. Like biggot said, I'd definitely ask for some pointers too!

Some others would have to be...

Ghengis Khan, Plato, Napoleon Bonaparte, Nikola Tesla, Albert Einstein, Charles Darwin...any one along those lines. The list could go on and on but I think that is enough for now.:)

I would like to meet very influential people over the years and many presidents before our time. I would like to meet such presidents as George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Would be very interesting.

As a Catholic Christian, it will be our biggest concern not only me but as a whole to see 'The Most Influential Man to ever lived on Earth', None other than 'Jesus Christ'...

Personally, I'm not a church goer, I'm not such a believer of church, but i do believe that God is everywhere, & you can have your prayers everywhere & repent for your sins even w/out going to church...

Meeting Jesus in personal is the ultimate thing for me... I just don't like staring his ceramic images inside the church... it's not right for me to see his suffering in the cross... It just reminds me of how cruel men were @ his time... Mean no offense to my fellow Christians.
