It seems that anxiety is part and parcel of our daily lives and without it we just simply cant do. It is also that more of it leads to raise of concern and hyperactivity in our system, our we can say that it is more of caution and worry leading to Blood pressure!

Anxiety can definitely cause changes in blood pressure. Normally, anxiety (or stress) raises blood pressure for a certain period of time and returns to normal when the anxiety (or stress) is alleviated. However, hypertension, or high blood pressure, can occur if high anxiety or stress is persistent enough. It is certainly something people who experience anxiety and/or stress should be concerned about, though things like medication, meditation or yoga, herbs, etc. can help lower blood pressure.
