Anxiety can definitely lead to high blood pressure (hypertension), and it could be good to talk to some professional about this anxiety as well as the hypertension to see if there is anything that can be done about it.

ceci you may have seen people worrying unnecceraliy about their well being but acctually they are not suffering from hypertension but it is neccessary tension which they have got due to several reasons in the sphere they live in!

yes i believe so. that anxiety can cause or lead to high blood pressure. so it is important. to control our emotions and to avoid any thing that can cause anxiety in us.
