how many kids do you want?

I want 2 or 3. We havent started having kids yet, but we talk about it pretty regularly! I have 2 sisters. My husband has 1 brother. We both agree that having siblings is a good thing. Growing up, it can be frustrating. There is bound to be some fighting and jealousy. But in the end, I think it creates a bond of friendship that is stronger because of it!

No matter how many kids we have, I already know that they will sometimes get jealous of things other kids have! I will not buy every little thing my children want. That is ridiculous. I think that is part of the reason why the world is in such an economic crisis! For too long people have been getting everything they want - even if they cant afford it. Sometimes there are choices that need to be made. My children will learn that early!

i wanted to have 5 kids... i have three now and it is all i can get. we had family planning, my eldest is 13, second is 8 and youngest is 2... there's a big gap between the three of them, so no two child will be in college at the same time, we will not be having a hard time sending them to school.

but... i went CS on my second child, then on my third i have to go CS again and then while i was pregnant i have had hypothyroidism, so the doctor told suggested to me to have tubal ligation, because if i get pregnant again, i may endanger myself and the child... i could get heart problem and the next child could be mentally retarded, and it's a lot of risk for a third CS on me.

i wanted to still have a five year old when i am in my 50s, but it wont happen now.

i ideally want 4 kids two boys and 2 girls because then they wont be spoiled and will learn to share which is something some so called adults these days dont know how to do.

i refer two, they were not feel lonely, they can play together

Sorry that I have to disagree with you, but I have 4 children and I take careof all of them just fine. They are mostly grown up now and are wonderful young adults. I would have never wanted to just stop with my first two children. If I did I would have missed out in so many joys that the two younger children have brought into my life.

One or two children might be what you want, but please don't generalize and say if you have more than that you cannot take good care of them.

In fact I always think that two kids will be perfect for a family. And your children will not feel alone since they have playmate.

well I always wanted 1 little one but when I become a dad I thought it was unfair not to have someone his own age as opposed to just me so we had one more.

Then by accident another one came our way lol, not I am a single dad to 3 fantastic kids and my out-look has changed I know dont really look at how many kids I want

I now look at how many kids have I got lol.

Two kids is good for family,but in our country,we only allowed to have only one child mentioned by our goverment.so either girl/boy is good for us,we will take good care of them.

Your right about the money thing, it is painful when you can't do for your kids the way you want. Ask yourself, If you had the money would you want maybe 4 or 5 kids? As far as family, happiness, peace and joy goes, a family of 7 or more is best. I want to have two children, I now have one child, I would like to add a child again. I do not expect much to a child again. my husband did not want to have children again. hopefully one day my husband will want to have children anymore.
