Did you cry when you break with your lover or when your lover break you?  

I never cried over a break up. I'm just not much of a crier in the first place and I figure that breaking up is just part of life. I'd rather go through that than marry the person just to realize that they or I aren't happy. I'm not saying it never hurt or upset me. I just tried to be positive and think that it was for the best.

Some people are better at handling break-ups than others.
I have cried for someone but that was long ago. I was a different person back then.
Extremely naive and living in the Cinderella land. I look back and wonder why I reacted that way. Now I'm totally different and I vowed to never ever let it happen again and it hasn't. He didn't deserve my tears.

I didn't cry when I broke up with my ex-boyfriend, maybe because I felt that he's still inlove with me. Within 2 months after the day we broke up, he's still asking me to go back to him and I told him that it's over. I was still thinking that he's so into me because he even cried on the phone when I told him that there's no chance for us to get back together again. AFter 4 months, I found out that he's dating another girl...I was in denial at first, thinking that he's not that serious of what they have, and it should come from him and not from anybody. ANd then we met, and he told me about it... I was really hurt, and in total shocked. He even told me that he got tired of wating for nothing, so he had to move on... It was too painful that I cried for days as I felt like my heart was broken into pieces. I told him that I want us to get back together, but he just answered, "I've moved on, and I'm happy with her.. you should move on also." ... I CRIED and CRIED and I even begged...but it's all over..until I've moved on..

It's like a death: the person you thought they were ceases to be.

Even more in this case: you met as strangers, became lovers, then became ... cousins.

2 years ago, I had a break up with my gf. She left me for no reasons, you won't belive, I was crying for whole day the next one. I couldn't forget her for the next 15 days. I heard that if we cry we can forget our love and hence I cried a lot. Fortunately I found one shoulder to cry. The girl who offered me her shoulder to cry was a superb girl. She taught me how to live after a break up. It is not that now it doen't hurt but I have control on my heart.

Yes, I cried when I broke with my ex-lover. I cried when I had a bath and then I was fine.
