Can You Wake Up Without An Alarm???

that sound slike a god thing to be able to do:-)
i cannot do it. i will not sleep much at all if i try that.
I am lucky that I do not have a set time to be up. most days i just wake up when my body think it's time to get up. no matter what the time is

I'm exactly like you. I used to depend so much on alarm clock that there was no way I would wake up without an alarm. But lately I have noticed that even after I set the alarm I still wake up before the alarm goes off. I think its an age thing.. The older you get the less you depend on an alarm. But sometimes they are days I'm so tired that when the alarm goes off I dont even hear it! But you're right when you set your mind to wake up at a particular time it works.

no way. im not an alarm dependent. i can wake up easily by myself. the true secret there is to sleep early so that u can wake up early. thats very simple logic. LOL

I actually udsually don't need an alarm to wake up these days. Somehow I always wake up pretty early on my own. Somehow I typically wake up between 7 and 8 in the morning. Which is weird because I used to sleep pretty late into the morning when I didn't have anything in particular to do. But now I can't seem to help but to wake up on my own and really early in the morning.

I usually need an alarm to wake up, when I have to go to work, or class, or something. It really doesn't happen often that I wake up by myself, without any alarm.

Yes I can wake up without an alarm clock.I dont even have to tell myself when I want to wake up, I just go to bed and wake up all the time at 7:00am.

I don't really need an alarm... since there is no need for me to wake up early... i work but i don't worry about going there late... i have flexible time... so i can go to work as late as 10 pm... but in the past... i used my cell phone as my alarm... but that is just a precautionary measure... just in case i don't wake up on time...

No way!!! I wish I could do that! Because I HATE that dang alarm clock (cell phone) sound!!! Makes me ANGRY in the morning.

I need an alarm clock to wake me up. Once I start to hear the sound of my alarm, I'll just turn myself over to switch it off without opening my eyes. Then I lay on my bed for a few minutes more before waking up fully.I have my alarm set to 5 am and when it goes off, I just go back to sleep for another hour or so .That sleep is something special and i dream lot sweet dreams in that sleep.

I used an alarm especially when I have an important appointment but it doesn't mean I am depending on it because I can wake up before the alarm is ringing. I used alarm, just in case I can't wake up early.
