Leaders tasked consolidate and coordinate the team in completing its work. For that, leaders must recognize subordinates who, what advantages and disadvantages them.
Improve the weaknesses and take advantage of the benefits, is a tremendous strength.
Implementation of 'The right man on the right place,' will reach a successful team. There is no leader who was successful without the support team. Team work is key. Leaders who can only be told and have served (bossy), will fail.

Leader is the one who leads for the good and success of the team.
He is part of the sport or game but he also lead the members
what to do and whats the goal and purpose of the activity.
A good leader is also a good follower.
He knows his members well and has a smooth relationship
with his team. He plans and consult the idea of his members.
