Motivator successful if it is said that people motivated to move to reach the destination. Due to the success of a person, not just from the motivation of others. The factor of self are more set.

Being motivated can reach success. Somehow it is diffuct to motivate a person if he/she doesn't want to listen to others. There are few people who doesn't realize of this matter. They always ask their self why fail and blame others of their failure. It is a matter of motivation. How well you set a goal in your life.
