Do you ever think that your boss is an incompetent individual?

I think that my boss is an incompetent individual. He doesn't really know how to manage his team of people better. Sometimes, it is been messed up because of his mismanagement skill. Moreover, he is a lady man. He seems to spend his time checking on ladies more often. I don't like that style, but I have to stick with it. He likes to put lady on top, whatever they do, it just okay with him. For male employee, he just gave us tough time sometimes. What a incompetent supervisor. Do you have one like this too?

Absolutely you are right my dear to have such a nice boss. It is not always easy to be a lady in the workplace and it is nice that your boss checks on the ladies to make sure they are happy. He has probably been trained well to give attention to the ladies so that they cannot accuse him of being a bad boss, I think it is nice he looks after the ladies so well.

When i was a new employee, i always thinking that my boss is not a competent boss. He never aggressive to expand his company. Now, i'm not with that boss anymore. But my current company is partner with my previous company. Now i realized the reason why does my old boss didn't aggressive. He want to trying his new employees to show him their best efforts. He said that if a boss must competent himself, then a boss won't hire employees for helping his job. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
