Real "Thinking outside the box"! |
|
Yes, it is true.
Even though much of the media parrots the 0bama administration propaganda line, there is a paper in California, in San Fransico, no less, that is definitely not kissing the arse of 0bama. Read this.

I say, "Wow!". This is good news. Freedom of Speech, diversity of opinion, and critical thinking are alive and well. How refreashing that someone in the major media is willing to figuritively say, "The emperor has no clothes!". Let me say what I'm talking about precisely out loud.
"0bama's deficits and bailouts are all a con job meant to enrich the millionaires and billionaires who backed him."
What do you say?

1. Destiny007 (4555) | 8 months ago | I agree, and further add that he is also rewarding the unions and all others who backed him at taxpayer expense... including the criminal enterprise known as ACORN.
It is nice to see some of the MSM finally telling part of the truth.
Why did they fail to do so during the campaign?

redyellowblackdog (3989) | 8 months ago | Cynics think the media did not expose 0bama before the election so they would have so many scandals and outrages to write about which would boost circulation. Short sighted? Sure, but stupid is as stupid does.

3. speakeasy (1429) | 8 months ago | For all those people who complained about George Bush and the spending he did; including, the spending on war in Iraq and Afghanistan - one very simple fact came out shortly after Obama completed his "first 100 days" in office.
During Obama's first 100 days in office as President; he spent more of the taxpayers money that Bush did in his ENTIRE 8 years as President.
But, the average American is NOT better off as a result of this spending.
Can we really afford another 1,361 days of his spending OUR money?

|
redyellowblackdog (3989) | 8 months ago | There's been articles that 0bama spent more than all the other Presidents combined. It makes one wonder if 0bama truely isn't trying to destroy the U.S.A. as it currently exists so as to rebuild it. Some have speculated that is his intent because otherwise he is really very stupid.

speakeasy (1429) | 8 months ago | IQ may mean a person is intelligent; but, it doesn't make them "smart". Reports have said that Obama has a high IQ. Well, so did Albert Einstein ( and a lot of other geniuses); but, Albert Einstein (and some other geniuses) had to have people with lower IQ's assigned to care for them because they could not function in the "real world". Einstein could not even make change!
So, is it possible that Obama really is that "stupid" - yes, it is possible.
| |
|
|
redyellowblackdog (3989) | 8 months ago | I actually am fairly good at estimating IQ if I can publically observe the person long enough. 0bama's IQ is quite possibly as low as 105 and probably not much higher than 120, if anywhere near that. My best guess is 115.
For those who think he is a genius, please, look at how little he knows about economics, history, national defense, public speaking without a teleprompter, his poor knowledge of the proper function of judges (0bama was a law professor!) and how he relies on deceit to make his arguements. These are all signs that at best 0bama is only slightly above average.
Why else does anyone think all his academic records are sealed?
| |
|
|
speakeasy (1429) | 8 months ago | The estimates I have found concerning his IQ are between 116 - 148.
"economics, history, national defense, public speaking without a teleprompter, his poor knowledge of the proper function of judges (0bama was a law professor!) and how he relies on deceit to make his arguements." - Many people who have a high IQ cannot speak publicly with or without a teleprompter. "economics, histoty, national defense" - How many people actually have more than a cursory knowledge of these subjects unless they specialize in these subjects. "proper function of judges" - please remember his "working knowledge" of law is all from Chicago (historically the home to a great many corrupt judges)- which may also be where he learned to "relies on deceit to make his arguements" (and, how many politicians don't rely on deceit to support their politial careers).
All, I am saying is that some of the most intelligent people (IQ wise) are also some of the stupidest when dealing with the real world.
| |
|
|
redyellowblackdog (3989) | 8 months ago | With my estimate of IQ, I've taken into account the things you have mentioned. I'll tell you this for sure, 0bama does not have an IQ on the high end of the estimate you mentioned. Additionally, the difference between 116 and 148 is 2 standard deviations. No one with any skill at estimating IQ would have such a large spread in their estimate. A reasonable hypothesis is that the overlap of these two estimates, (115 - 118) is about right and that the other estimator felt obligated to include a high end estimate.

4. PrarieStyle (1140) | 8 months ago | I say WOW too. I can't believe this if from a paper in California. And I agree that Obama's deficits and bailouts are all a con job. We the people are waking up slowly though and the Obama bubble will burst soon....

redyellowblackdog (3989) | 8 months ago | Slowly people are waking up. The thing protecting 0bama the most right now is the process of denial. People simply are in denial that they got conned so badly.

5. Ima_C_Suvaya (275) | 8 months ago | That paper better watch out! When 0bama absorbs (spoken 'bails out') the newspapers, they will suffer. The only thing I see the author misinterpreted is the Ford, GM, Chrysler thing. The gov't will take the 'it's easier for me to make you look bad then to make myself look good' approach. The go'vt and unions will simply run Ford out of business. I mean, Ford is screwed. Ford's competitors are federally backed (owned) and Ford's employees are represented by a union that is also their competitor. How dare they turn down Uncle Barry's gifts? However, I will buy a Ford.

However, I'll never buy another GM or Chrysler product ever again so long as they are suckling at big brother barry's teat.
