What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

First thing in the morning is to get up, make coffee, take a few sips and then wake up. My alarm does not wake me up, it just make me get up to make my coffee, then I wake up. Once awake, I take my coffee and a magazine and spend some good quality time on the toilet. I like to start my day in a relaxing way otherwise everything just seem so hastened. I experienced that when I start my day in a relaxing way, I get tired less and have more energy for the day. Everything also seems more relaxed.

I always hit the snooze button and then crawl back into bed! LOL. It is my husband's fault. Cuddling with him is just too inviting to resist!

When I finally do get out of bed, I get dressed. Then I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth. Then I have to feed the cat, otherwise he will stay under my feet and trip me! lol

It is amazing how the routine never changes. I guess that makes it easier to do while I am still half asleep!
