What would you want to happen if you lost your cell phone? |
|
My friends daughter came home with money and a phone she found. The daughter is ii years old and is always playing in this part. Always and I mean always finding peoples money.
I think it is so very easy to return a cell phone. Plain and simple call a number and when someone picks up. Tell them you found this phone in a park xyz.
Or better yet wait till the person call the phone to see who is looking for it.
Just so you know there was a little girl who called the phone. She begged for that phone to be brought back to the park. She was told let me speak to your parents your irresponsible and you need to pay a reward to get this phone back.
Yes that is the truth.

I would look in the directory for "home" or "mom" or something that indicated a family member and call. If I was unable to reach anyone and no one called the phone by the time I was ready to leave, I would take the phone home with me incase someone called it.

I would definitely return the phone. I have returned money, etc, and always been glad I did. Once, I lost my purse, and the person who found it called me...the phone number was on my checks. It was returned with nothing missing, and yes, I gave him a some money in gratitude, though he never hinted that he wanted a thing.
The response the girl who lost her phone received was uncalled for and rude.
Again, I think the other child is helping herself to property that isn't hers.

3. harmonee (657) | 7 months ago | If I lost my phone, I would appreciate someone giving it back to me. I think that a young child having a phone is a little ridiculous in the first place. Of course they are going to lose it. I wouldn't demand a reward. It's kind of like holding it hostage, but I would ask to speak with the parents. They should know that their child isn't handling the responsibility well.

Giving reward and informing the parent is one way to teach people to value things that they have. For not all people on this world have the chance to buy a phone. Do this things means that you are concern to the parent who do hard work just to buy their children yet they doesn't value. Shame on them!
