Lily Allen <3  

I love several of her songs! Not heard the whole new album but the songs ive heard i liked. She always tells it as it is which i like, "Not fair" made me laugh lots I like her and i think shes great! Your bf is just clearly jealous he couldnt write such good songs

I like Lily Allen. She is good looking and sassy with it. If she were my daughter, I would think I had passed on something worthwhile. She says a lot of very truthful things in her songs that make people (me, at least) think 'Yes, life can be sh1t but maybe it still has some value, if it's only just to draw a wry laugh'. In many ways she does this more potently than her dad ever did.

Not all of her songs are so good - everyone has their times when they HAVE to have material for a new album and so it comes from a different place from where the best songs come from. I guess that it what sets a real pro apart from the 'artist' who can only make things happen from one place.

I haven't heard her latest album. I guess I should.
