Okay... this is wierd... I'm hearing voices coming from my computer speakers  |

|  I'm on the laptop right now and accessing a Wi-Fi network and I'm getting voices coming over my computer. There are two guys talking... What are you doing later on? ... I don't know we might head out... wanna come?
Now I haven't slipped off the deep end. While I perch upon the precipice of Oblivion I do have a pretty decent toe hold.
Why would I be picking up cell phone cross talk? Or maybe it's two-way talk, or Vonage or Snipe or something like that.
You ever have that happen to you and think maybe your computer is coming to life?
It's happened to me before.
When it does I just curl into a fetal ball and find my happy place.
The doctor told me to do that once... that I needed to find my happy place.
I said, Doc, I find my happy place three and four times a day already. You want me to go blind?

| | Well...normally... the ringing in my ears keeps the voices to a minimum... but get this... when I sleep next to a fan?... It's like I can hear voices through the fan... and for the longest time I thought I could pick up radio transmissions through the fillings in my teeth. (Okay...that one I should have kept to myself). There is a movie called White Noise that claims for fact that you can pick up the voices of spirits over the static white noise of a TV set with the ant races on. What if the same spirits ride the white noise of the fan?
Okay...I'll stop now... I'm starting to sound weird.

| |  Not on my computer but when daughter was young the kids rooms were at the other end of the house from my husband/ex-now's room. We had one of those baby monitors I kept on all night. One night I woke hearing 2 men talking. I freaked out, jumped out of bed waking the old man yelling there's someone in Valerie's room. We ran to her room - she was sleeping and NO ONE was in the room. Checked boys room - sleeping also. Went back to our room and sure enough heard these guys talking - on the baby monitor. One was out fishing :) they were on walkie talkies and the monitor was picking up their signal.
No comment on the conversation with the doc :)
