I need help!

I do not have on screen right now, but in the order section, you should be able to see the vendor's name, I think if you click on it, should give you contact info.

There's a whole page about this at Amazon.com--seems you have to contact the seller not Amazon--in the meantime go to your account and change your address info so with future orders it'll go to your right address

why not directly ask for the amazon for the contact info of the vendor i believed they have a record of the vendor.

Check for "contact us" link - usually at the bottom. I just did a return with Amazon.com - I bought 2 box sets of a tv show - the first season was great, next two were horrible. so I contacted them about returning opened DVD's. They responded within 24 hours saying... no problem, here's a return shipping label and we'll refund your money. The total I spent was $28. Next day I see a refund for about half that. I contacted them and asked them to explain.. and they then said about restocking fees and return shipping... all which cost me to loose all but $14 which is what they refunded me. I emailed back saying... here's the email you sent saying you'd refund in total and I was not told about the restock fee and the return shipping charged. They came baack with the balance of the total purchase price. I couldn't have been happier. Granted, someone probably got in trouble as they should have told me about the restock fees but since I specifically made 2 emails saying the box sets were opened nad played and specifically asked their return terms and was told total refund.. they honored what they said. If your order hasn't shipped yet.. keep at them. I have had other issues with them and they respond quickly. Good luck.. especially for that much money!

If the new address is close I would try to see when it gets shipped and let the new residents (if you know there are new ones) know that the package is for you. Good luck.

Man, thats a pain in the butt when that stuff happens. There is no way you can go to the email confirmation they sent you (did they?) and say wrong address, give your correct one and then send off?

maybe you should contact the people who live at your former address and have them redirect it to your present address, i hate it when you cannot contact these sites, maybe if you have a look in your amazon profile you may be able to change the address to the one your at now, i really don't know how to help oreo, i do hope that you sort this out soon, i would hate for you to lose that $200, so maybe contact the people who live at the other address and ask them to send it to you explaining that you put the wrong address down...good luck with that....

I don't kno about this as I rarely buy from Amazon. However, I would make sure that I contacted the company that was taking care of the shipping and see if they could help. I am afraid that it may go to the wrong place. I hope that you can get your stuff as that is a lot to lose.
