 As some of you know today was my ultrasound so here is my update ... the baby was being stubborn so I STILL have no clue what I'm having! BUT I do know the more approximate due date which is October 22nd. BUT with that being said 1 of 2 things could still happen either a) I could go into labor on my own making the arrival sooner or b) because my babies are on the bigger side I could have my c-section scheduled anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks before the ultrasound due date. With how big Angelina was my Doctor highly doubts I will carry baby right till the 22nd! So have you ever had a stubborn baby when your just DYING to know? It's frustrating isn't it? Share your story please and help me feel better!

21.  maximax8 (10496) | 7 months ago |  The hospital didn't have the policy to tell the baby's gender. I thought I was expecting a boy and I was right. He was born a week before his due date. I had scans at 12 weeks and 20 weeks with him.
Things had changed so much since my first baby was born in the mid nineties. The private clinics do scanning and will do gender scans as early as 16 weeks. During my second pregnancy I had a well being scan at 11 weeks, a gender scan at 16 weeks. That said a boy and was right. I had more scans at 20 weeks and 36 weeks.
This time my 16 week, 20 week, 22 week and 35 week scans have said girl so I can't wait. My due date is 25th June. Good luck if you have another scan.

Never mind... as long as it's born healthy and you don't have too bad a time, that'll be cool. My next door neighbour is expecting hers on 22nd October! How coincidental!

| 24. ersmommy1 (10459) | 6 months ago |  Congrats. Seems we have a bit in common. I had a daughter my 1st time out. And 6 months ago, I had a son. He wasn't shy! We knew. But my daughter took a bit to discover as the tech put it, that "you have the target..not the arrow." that still makes me laugh. Both my kids were born via c-section. Either way, as long as baby is healthy it worked for me.

my first baby didn't' wanna share her gender either, but she was measuring small so i had a LOT of ultrasounds to make sure she was going to be healthy, and normal.. she's still skinny.. but she is healthy. we found out at like 8 months i think.. it took THAT Long. she sure was stubborn. (must get that from her dad)

I had the ultrasound Oct 6th as scheduled, BUT because baby was big I went for my c-section the next day (Oct 7th). We had a baby girl that we named Chloe Bethany.
