Jon N kate Plus eight marriage ruined by tv series..

I really believe that the TLC show and what it has done to this couple, family etc is partly to blame for the shambles their marriage is in right now. It ruined these people and destroyed the relationship that jon and kate once had. They, kate especially got caught up in being Jon and Kate that she forgot that she was a wife and mother, she forgot that she had a responsibility to her family, and that responsibility means that you do not stay with something that is harming your family and this show is clearly doing that.
It seems they got so caught up in THINGS that they forgot why they had the children to begin with and now their lives are so public that they can not settle this or resolve their problems on their own, they have to be aired for all the world to see.
I have always been an advocate for kate, I thought she got a bum rap, it is hard being the mom of HOM, high order multiples and it makes you very controlling, but now I have a hard time taking up for her.
I do not normally watch the show but I will watch tomorrow, like the rest of the world just to see the mess that they have become. But after tomorrow I will not watch it again. I will not buy the magazines or any books she puts out. And I will not go to any of her lectures. I do not think she is a proper role model for parents, moms etc. IN my opinion she got it wrong, her family is suffering because she is to selfish to give up something that is harming her family.

They were talking to some people on the radio here the other day about them. I guess she turned into a real high demanding diva. Maybe in the long run, the show did ruin their marriage, but it still falls on them. She/they let it all go to their head. I only watched the show two times, and frankly I thought she was a nagging shrew. The guy deserves to break away from her and I really don't blame him either if that's what he's had to put up with regularly.

I am a regular watcher of the show. And to be honest, i dont get why all the blame is put on her. He knew what kind of women she was when he married her , and now all of a sudden , its too much for him ? To be honest, i think the fame went to his head and he rather run around with little young girls then stay home and be a husband and father .. he said on numerous occasions that he lost his "twenties" bc he got married and had kids so young. How is that her fault? do you see her running around with every youngster that comes her way like he is ? She was in her twenties too ... and i think he will wish he could retract making a comment like that , bc it makes it seem like he believes life would of been better another way , without kids .. doesnt he think his kids will ever come to read or hear about this? Hes playing a victim role , which is not believable.. kate was so "bossy" bc he was so "sissy" and sat around and did nothing - he couldnt even provide for his family if it wasnt for her .. so she had to wear the pants , therefore he had to wear the skirt ,,,and he def didnt mind it ... i believe she kept doing the show bc he thought everything was fine and dandy but he lept doing it for money , and was waiting for the right moment to leave.. and cheat .. he is a loser
