noodles or rice?

i prefer eating rice. and yes i eat rice everyday. my kids also eat rice. rice is always a part of our meal here. if i don't eat rice for whole day and would just eat bread or noodles, i still feel hungry, my stomach is not satisfied if i dont get to eat rice.

I eating rice every day, especially fried rice in breakfast, the main food in our country is rice, but noodles is also good and nutritious but not eat often as the child wants, i rather eat noddles once or twice a week to prevent bad cholesterol that comes in our body.

I do not have particular preference between rice or noodles. I eat both and I will eat whichever that comes to my mind for my meals. I think both have their nutritions. However, noodles I preferred them dried than souped.

I like both noodles especially noodles with soups and rice like fried rice. But if I'm going to have rice for my meals I will also like to have a bowl of soup as I find rice a little too dry.

we have pasta or rice with almost every dinner we have. Being italian we love all kinds of pasta. The problem is my son does not care for them all.

I could probably live just off of rice, noodles and pasta.
