Are diamonds womens best friends?

i don't think all women like diamonds , for me , i don't like diamonds , i don't like gold too, i never wear any diamonds or gold on my body , not even wedding ring , i find uncomfortable

Hi Dhawanbm, not for me. I would prefer cash to diamonds...even gold is better than diamonds. Resale value of diamonds is not very attractive; whereas the price of gold is good, and gold can be easily converted to cash!

This woman's best friend is another woman who is more likely to be sitting next to me in a holding cell than she is to be on the outside posting bail. LOL Diamonds can't accompany me on a spree of misdemeanor criminal mayhem and destruction. Diamonds, jewelry in general, are not important to me.

some women are really into diamonds,but I'm not one of them.for me,my "best friend" are shoes.it's ok if someone gives me diamonds,but I would prefer it more if it's a nice pair of shoes.I love shoes!

i also like diamonds in jewelries but i could not afford to buy the big ones. i buy clusters because they give the illusion of one big stone. there's a very nice diamond solitaire ring that i saw at the store and i'm planning to save up and buy it. hope it's still there when i already have the money :)

Yes, it's maybe true. Most of women are loving diamonds than anyting else if they have had beautiful house, nice car, a handsome hunsband and clever kids. In my opinion, diamonds will be the best gift if they have everything what they want. Women can't have too many diamonds.

I have no emotional attachement to jewelleries but I think that diamonds are considered woman's best friend mainly coz its an expensive stone and can be sold for a lot of money in times of need. There were times when women had little money of her own or any earnings and her jewels were her only asset and among them, diamonds were definitely the pick of the lot.

not this woman lol... i dont consider diamond as my best friend and i dont love it more than anything else in this world... yes, they're pretty to look at, their expensive, they give that social like status to whoever wears them, but like i care... lol it's not that important to me... i would rather have a car as a gift or a house, or something that would really have value to me and i can use everyday. if car and house are too much, then my next favorite ones are watches and shoes.. i prefer those... or better yet german shepherd... omg, that would really be my best friend.

I think the saying that diamonds are a girls best friend is silly. I don't like diamonds. The real ones have too many social implications to be justified (like blood diamonds). But even without that consideration, the prettiest diamonds are the biggest. I wouldn't want anyone to spend the amount of money a diamond I would like would cost. I do really like good quality fakes though. QVC has diamonique and it is gorgeous.
