hi, are you sleeping in time every day..Being frank I should say no..I dont sleep in time always..I work till late night. and go to sleep at 1 or 2am. I used to be like this and now even if i finish my job before also am not getting sleep..
what about you? you also facing the same problem? or going to bed in the right time all the days?Do share...Have a great day..and a nice sleep

i don't have many works to do . if i wish i can sleep in time. i am really want to do many works in the day . but i don't . my works is to read books. but i also read just one or two pages every day.

i can't sleep on time and i think that i'm suffering from insomnia. i sleep at around 3-5 in the morning and wake up at around 10-11 in the morning. i know that normal sleeping hours could make me healthy but i just can't fall asleep. i'm scared to try sleeping pills so that's out of my options.

Oh thats so sad..My personal opinion is try reading difficult books. It is working for me..When ever i dont get sleep first i tried listening melodious songs. But than that reading difficult books helped me out. So that you will get tired mentally and fell into sleep...Take care dear have a nice day..i hope you sleep well soon

i want to sleep in time for it's good for our skin and health. but i can't control myself and i always reading txt book at night.so i would sleep late every night. how can i get rid of this habit.

ya you are exactly right..It is very healthy with sleeping in time..I suggest to change the category of books you read,,start reading some geographical or tough books which will make you tired.

hi, yup. i tried to sleep in time. coz it is good for your health. i have set my body clock to sleep at 9pm to 5 pm. last year 2009, i have suffering from severe insomia, that i could not sleep all night till the sun rises. i went to my doctor, and he gave me sleeping pills for one week, and adivised to have my body clock set. well, i did not drink the sleeping pills, but i worked on my sleeping time habit or body clock, but before i lie on my bed, i make sure to drink one glass of milk, no coffee. set your mind to sleep. try this. it works. reading books would also be a great help, but read those that does not interest you. it will tiered your eyes and mind.
