Don't you just hate it when this happens?   

The best way to avoid this happening is to wear a bib when you eat!

OR ... eat naked!

I don't usually wear my shirts more than once. I guess if I just wear it for a few minutes and then come home and change, I might wear it again. But, if I spilled something on it, I don't think it would be a big deal. I'd me more irritated about being seen with a big spill on my shirt, than I would be about having to wash it. Of course I do laundry every day, so it doesn't make much of a difference to me.

Look at the bright side. At least it wasn't spaghetti sauce...lol. Since you have so many shirts, go you keep a spare or two in a bag in your trunk? Would help if you are away from home when something like this happens. As for the boxers...sounds like you need to start leaving some behind.

Oh my - have had that happen and have also known guys that did the same as you, buy instead of wash... My thing is washcloths - for some reason I have to have tons and tend to buy new every time I turn around just so I'm sure to have enough.

A woman went to the community center to pick up clothes for her children instead of washing them until my wife happened to come across her house while she was on a chairty drive and saw the clothes piled high to the ceiling in the bedroom. They had left the door open. I just wash everything at once so all of my underwear are pink and anything else that is suppose to be white.

How many pairs of boxers do you have? he he! I hate it when that happens with a clean shirt. I've done it whilst eating after dressing ready to go out to darts, and that's less than two hours! If at all possible, I'll sponge it off with a damp, clean cloth so that I don't have to change, but with baked beans, that's not always possible, depending on the colour of the shirt, of course.

How many times must this happen..I know what you mean every darn time I try to eat my shirt eats instead of me and if I want to look nice well lets just say I am wearing more food then dress at the end...Gosh darn it.. :)

When I lived with my mom I was afraid of doing the laundry. i had seen the red sock in the white tub bit on t.v. But in the last months of her life I was beginning to learn.when she died, my sister showed me how to wash laundry and now I love it. I Know what I am doing and it is my favorite chore. As for shirts, I have about 40 t-shirts. i live i t-shirts and jeans.But unlike you , I usually wear a shirt once.That's why I have at least 2 of every color. I have shirts that are oversized that I wear at home and others for work or outings.That way I can wear any color I want.

Didn't ask you how many shirts you had and yet you had to brag.Couldn't resist could you? .Not asking you about boxers.

It happens to us all at some point in time I guess, but I believe it happens to some more often than others( hinting!)

hi Oryansbelt, well you certainly seem to be harbouring a bit of a shirt obsession there which must be a terribly taxing burden to bear. I cannot really bring myself to sympathise with your pedicament though as by now a young man ought to be able to get his food from his mouth without dribbling things which will then require laundering afterwards. May I suggest that until you have learnt to rectify this problem you wear an apron whilst eating, you will find a plastic one best suits your purpose as requires no laundering.
