What you do when your child have insomnia?  | |  DO you tell them a story to make them falling asleep again,do you keep them with you for the night or just for few moments or do you did some thing to drink or eat to calm down this? I don't go a child,so actually I don't know what I will do,, maybe depend of the temperament of the child. Maybe I will come back with him at his bedroom and read story or make a hot milk glass to him..

| | 2.  mtdewgurl74 (10244) | 6 months ago |  When my little 7 year old sis gets insomnia I sometimes will let her watch a little television until she is drowsy again or read her some stories which she loves and also I sometimes sing her favorite songs low and gentle and rub her back till she goes to sleep.
