Who is the best Twilight or Harry Potter?

I would have to say harry potter on the fact look what is has done globally. yes twilight is a good book and movie, but in a global affect harry potter wins. I know i used to hate reading books but after i read harry potter i immediately began to start reading. Since that day I've been reading books constantly.

Overall, i think Harry Potter is way on top against Twilight. I think it's just a matter of taste. Some people are crazy over Twilight than Harry Potter and vice versa. They are of different theme so i guess there's really no comparison. twilight is about teen vampire romance while Harry Potter is about fantastic adventures on witchcraft. They both have their fanbase and most of them would want to watch both movie series.

That's like comparing apples to cats! Harry Potter is about wizards and witches and the (fantasy) world they live in, parallel to our own. Twilight is about vampires and werewolves living in our "real" world. The only reason the two get compared to one another is Robert Pattinson had a teeny role in Goblet of Fire ("teeny" when you consider the movie was 2 and a half hours long and Robert was on screen for maybe a collective total of 30 minutes)...and because both were originally intended for teenagers but have almost taken in more adults than teens. If it weren't for the teen novel angle, the two would never be compared.

I haven't see the Harry Potter movies but I would have to say I would vote for those. I fell asleep during Twilight

It's like comparing apples and oranges. It's hard to do. These two movies are so different and I like them both for different reasons. I'm thinking about it but I guess i like them both equally.

If u told me to compare between harry potter and Narnia I could have wrote an article. Haryy potter and twilight are 2 different pattern movies both are great in their own world but if u ask me to rate them i would give harry potter 9/10 and twilight 8/10......

Twilight by far. I don't know why, but I just feel maybe I'm too adult for harry potter. It just never appealed to me.

Of course Harry Potter as a much better film adaptation, it had better visual effects, better cast and crew and better director. Even a person who hasn't read the Harry Potter will be able to follow the story. But in the movie Twilight, a person who hasn't read the book won't understand much of what is happening until they see the film again and again. Twilight-The Movie was basically for its fans and a low budget film. Though budget really isn't a factor for any movie, but for fantasy films it is necessary!
