I've been lucky, they don't seem to trouble me (only the once, but twice by the same person) Not only might they be requesting friendships to send links, but to copy our material and paste it in other sites!

i get this kinda wierd buddy requests on certain other social networking sites too.i chose to ignore them.don't trust them,mate.they're just bloody spammers.

ha ha it is nice to know that I am not the only one that just got one of those. Seriously now do these people think that just cause they asked to be your friend you are just going to click yes . . I couldnt agree with you more. . It aint gonna happen Bud .and I have to admit for once I enjoyed hitting the DENY button!

Would I share a Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a bear? Well, it would depend on house hungry I am and how fast I can run..because if it came down to the bear eating the sandwich or me..sorry but the sandwich would go to the bear first and while it had it's mind in eating it I would be taking off as fast as I could..although I doubt I could outrun a bear..Well, while they are in the friends limbo lounge maybe they can get in a few games of limbo and a few cha cha dances.

I probably WOULD share a P & J with a bear, sure; but I'd much rather drink a few bottles of good wine with a dolphin! (I've always loved dolphins and I reckon a drunk dolphin would be pretty funny to see) I've had a few of those types of requests in the past too, but not lately. I feel SO left out now dagnabbit. Is it because I want to drink with dolphins you think?

I would. That is if I can wrestle a bear. Lol. Well I had my fair share of those friend requests and got a load of spam asking me to join their get rich quick thingy. But I ain't quite that gullible nowadays. I took your advice (in one of your discussions). I got a real job! Sure not a really pretty one but it does bring food to the table and helped settle my bills. cheers!

I happen to LOVE bears...in a big way! Some of my best friends are bears, kinda of quirky...but...dang...I love em! Just sayin..................I'd GIVE em my sandwich!

I haven't had many requests lately. But then I haven't been all that active here lately either. When I do see a friends request, I'll take a look at the person's profile and if the discussions, responses, or comments aren't of any interest to me, I'll just deny the request.

But yeah its stupid..I dont add them either..They must be warped or in desperate need of friends, or like you say, they wanna spam the crap out of you...desperate..lol.
