Here's what you do... you fill out mailing form (so they know where to send your free samples) and answer a few questions like... what type shampoo do you use now? ect. The whole thing takes less than a minute. After you should recieve a message that says "please allow up to 4 weeks for your free sample to arrive in your mailbox". That's it.
