How do you react about negative things(struggles) you have in your life?

I always put my faith in God when I feel like I can't handle something.

well first you come to the situation that you dont know first what you will do .. am ni right? but for how many days you've been through with that kind of problem io guess you know what will you... in my case sometimes .... its also depend on what kind of problem you will you... sometimes i just dont listen to it.. i just let it pass... and most of the time i went to a peaceful place like no one else is there so i can ease that pain ... or i went to mountains and have some unwind with my self so i can refresh and can think what will i do regarding my problems... and most of the time we cant deny the fact that we do have some friends whom we can seek or lean on them..... i can easily tell them what problem i have but again we should not tell everything to our friends sometime there are some problem that we should keep in our self.... and most of all we should not turn back God we should stay in God's home... have more faith in him .. if you believe to this that nobody has a problem that cant be unsurvive and some people questions God but that is wrong ... we should not question him because God has a good purpose to us why do he give it to us that kind of problem...

i try to remain positive even in the face of the obsurd. honestly sometimes my life feels like a badly written soap opera. and i watch things happen, and then think about it, and sometimes it is just too much. but then i dig deep and just keep moving, i have had some very unpleasant things happen to me in the last 3 or so years. and i am sometimes stunned at my ability to bounce back. i don't know how i do it, i guess i just tell myself that i have to be okay and i am the only one who can make the decision not to be a victim and not to be defeated. regardless of how strong you support network is, at the end of the day you are the only one who can make that decision to pick yourself up and dust yourself off. a good support network of course is a bonus, because it is not about the fall, it is about how quick you get up and dust yourself off.

i have had days where the mere idea of getting out of bed and facing the world is too much. there was a time when for me the greatest achievement was just that ability to get out of bed and face the world. these days that is made easier by the fact that i am used to my circumstances, my awesome sister who is so supportive, she cries with me even if she does not know what is wrong, so the feeling that i owe it to her to be happy helps, she is such a strong independent woman, and mother to my niece. that is my other ray of light. wow living with a 3 year old can change you, she has changed me and my life is so much better, she might as well be my own kid.

honestly coming online and chatting to my friends and putting in my 2 cents worth on mylot helps pass the time, gives me some giggles and makes the day better. it also helps that it is summer and all beautiful boys are out. my life struggles are just challenges, each one makes me stronger so that i can handle whatever the world throws at me, and so that i can impart my life experience to those who look to me to be a role model to them. helping those less fortunate than me gives my life meaning and purpose, because it makes me realize why i am here, and i am making a contribution, helping to change the world, to make it a better place for my niece, and all the other babies and future generations of the world.

A lot of people tend to be depress with some reasons.Just have faith in God and have a positive mental attitude, then you'll have the courage to battle the setbacks you are encountering in your life.
