I've seen the little mini notebooks being advertised. They are really cheap -- I'm wondering about getting one. Has anybody here gotten one or used one? What can anyone tell me about them?

I have an Advent 4211c Netbook and love it. I wouldn't reccomend the HP notebook and would suggest the Samsung NC10 or MSI Wind 100 as alternative choices. Dell do a decent netbook but it isn't cheap.

The downside with netbooks are no optical drive and poor battery life. Screensize is an issue at first although you get used to it. Optical drives are very cheap to add so the only real problem is battery life.
