Cell phone chargers  

I think that would be really convenient for every mobile phone user. They wouldn't have to trouble themselves on looking for something compatible with their unit since by that time, as you have shared, every mobile unit will have the same type of charger.

Mobile Phone companies could either insist on making their own chargers for their mobile phones or third party manufacturers would still produce chargers that can accommodate those mobile phones with 'unique' chargers.

Well, if so its a good news. Any brands have thir own plug so if it is going tho be the same or can use for all of brands cellphone it will be more efective and more practice for sure. We can borrow from our friends if we forgot to carry it.

Sounds like a very practical idea to me. I have a small assortment of chargers and power cords and sometimes forget what goes to what.

That is good idea, wehave to wait for it.

Definitely it can happen. A universal charger might help a lot!

Really, its annoying when you don't have a charger and you have your battery bars falling down!
I doubt that would be possible by 2012!

Yea I just google'd it and saw that indeed they will be bringing out a universal phone charger, I just can't believe it though. That is a very good invention, now if a friend forgets their charger, they can borrow a friends. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

ya i think there should be some treaty between companies like all should manufacture same type of chargers ....i too had a nokia phone and a sony phone..in my country there is thing available called universal charger just take your battery out of your phone and put it in universal it will charge the battery ..any phone battery
