I don't know; in a way, I agree with you - Blink just might be getting too old for the old "All the Small Things" runaround. But I feel like they really matured with their "Feeling This" album (not sure what the album is called, but you know what I mean, I'm sure!) Songs like "Feeling This" & "I Miss You" were definitely darker and less pop-y than their previous songs. So, I think they already have taken a turn to a more mature side, which is very weird, considering Blink 182 is KNOWN for their (childish) humor in their songs - and their very catchy, and pop-y music. But I suppose all bands have to evolve & grow over time. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what kind of music they'll come out with next.

I haven't seen them perform together yet, have they really? Where was this? Yeah I could see what you're saying, but I feel like they Blink's music grew with them. Like their most recent stuff pre- break up sounds a lot like angels and airwaves.

I think that they are going to be great, i mean come on its Blink 182. But seriously i get what you are saying about the whole grown up thing. When i heard they were getting back together i had a discussion with my roomate wheather or not Tom could play the same style music as he used to. We thought that they would be a mix of angels and airwaves and old blink. I dont think that Mark and Travis have really changed all that much but Tom is definatly different. I also watched them preform and it seemed like Tom was trying to change even their old songs to sound like angels and airwaves. However i also watched some youtube vidios of their first concert back and they sounded like the same kids they used to. Much of the concert sounded jsut like the mark, tom, and travis show cd. Either way i think they are going to be great like they were once, but maybe with a slightly more mature twist.
