We know you love your job. You wake up everyday, very eager to go to the office, to sit on your comfy seat to start your "fulfilling time". But it is reality that in any job, you will experience politics. Meaning, someone may be working there longer than you are, thus may have done power tripping on you or to your other officemates. How do you handle these kinds of situations?

Well there is lots of politics happening everywhere and office politics drives you crazy. It is more annoying when people dust off their responsibility and blame others for their mistakes:S

I try my maximum to be diplomat and listen to everyone's woes. It helps me view the situation with a different perspective. Oh! and this power tripping does happen. I just wait for the right moment and then escalate the issue to a higher authority:)

I love to work especially when i produce better results... and whenever we work, i believe, we will experienced politics... and maybe, we will encounter 'difficult' people. But I believe, if we opt to focus on work alone and magnify the great things on it, politics on work will be just an uninteresting stuff. It's a matter of focus... focus on more important things.
