You can stay in sun for long time withaut protection? Blood pression affect you?

This days here are so high temperature, all is under the sun, fire, hot weather, and so many people have real problems with this.....blood pression, heart, had. skin.
Official say that people must to stay in home f they have health problems
, and drink 2,3 l water, white clothes, some protection for skin.
Are people very young who have problems too, not matter age.
A young man 20 years old die in the street just because ho don t resist high temperature.
You try to protect yourself when is a very hot weather, and how you make this?

I cannot stay in the sun for too long even with a protection cream of of any pratection, I start feeling dizzy and my head starts aching so much that I have to leave immediately.
Sometimes I take a hat, a bottle of water, goggles, cream against the sun beam or some light clothes to protect myself but still I cannot see the sun rays and when it is on me then I feel as if my skin is burning so I rarely go in the sun to walk or roam.
