Drying off feet during rainy days  | |  Nobody can stop the rain. But what can we do if we're wearing closed shoes instead of flip-flops, then the rain drenches your shoes, socks/stockings and feet? I usually wear soft leather shoes, and it's such a big problem to dry off my feet because all my classrooms are air-conditioned. All I can do is take off my shoes, use up all my tissue and sanitizer gel and hope that my shoes dry up before my next class. What kind of shoes are comfortable and chic enough without the saggy feeling? I really don't like wearing flip-flops, so there..

| | | | | | | | 1.  Pigglies (5000) | 6 months ago |  There are a lot of water proof shoes for the rain. I don't wear flip flops in the rain, I just wear boots such as Totes that are waterproofed.
If I do get caught in a rainy day wearing shoes that leak, I'll stuff paper towels in my shoes with my feet still in them to make them dry faster. I do have leaky regular shoes since most of mine get so worn out.

| | | 2. sandymay16 (1308) | 6 months ago |  I usually wear boots during rainy days or old rubber shoes. But sometimes the water seeps through and yes the socks get wet. Then I got a pair of hiking shoes which is water proof.
Then sometimes I use the plastic boots, there it's really water proof. But I always bring extra sandals to wear in the office and leave the boots outside.
