why do others die while sleeping?

They suffered heart attacked or stroke for clogging main nerves to the brain. Some said they are experiencing a nightmare that cos them to die. Other alta pressure cause them very sick and die. Two Philippine famous actors die in the same thing. Other thing variety of food they eat, overeating, drugs, alcohol cause them too die too. According to the things other people find out by the experiences of their relatives or friends. They sleep and not wake up at all. Sad things cos some are just young and handsome guys and die.

lot of reasons why people died while they were sleeping. Most of the cases the main reason is a sudden heart attack or heart failure. Commonly it happens to people with heart disease. When their heart failed, their blood could not circulate blood to other parts of the body and when the brain didn't get any blood, they will stop functioning and the people considered to be dead. Heart attack could happen anytime even when people were sleeping. It could be caused by a dream that might made their heart to worked harder and forcing it to pump more blood. For people with heart disease this could cause them heart attack. Remember when you had a bad dream and found your heart beat more than usually? That is might be the reason my friend and please anybody correct me when I'm wrong. Thx.

There are many causes that can trigger death while on sleep. The most common are heart attack, stroke and there are those that say pancreatitis which is very rare.

Many deaths while sleeping are mis diagnosed ad heart attacks.Actually they are due to the lack of oxygen to their brain during sleep.This is called sleep apnoea.
Some people often have breathing difficulties during sleep, and the researchers believe their bodies eventually reach a point where they are unable to rouse themselves from sleep when they stop breathing.

I am not sure what actually causes it. Alot of people die in their sleep because they have no control of making their body function while sleeping. some people just stop breathing and die too.

Another reason why people die while sleeping is because of sleep apnea. It is a vital instance where the breathing process stops at an instantaneous period of time. My father has this condition and everytime he snores, we usually wake him up and avoids him not to sleep while his back is laid on the bed sheet.

I don't know why others die that safe and sound while some have to experience great pain before dying.. but if given the chance to choose how would I die i'd definitely would prefer dying while sleeping hehe..=D

the most common cause of death while sleeping is the silent heart attack suffered whilst the person is asleep-the diabetic person is more likely to suffer from silent heart attack-the other cause can be cerebral infarction or stroke causing brain death and ultimately leading to death of the person.

I have no answer for you so I will make a guess.
When we are asleep, our metabolic rate reduces. After all, you are resting so it makes all senses that your body will be powering off to conserve energy as well as to let your body relax to recover from the pressure during the day. Now, when somebody is ill, the body is weaker than usual and that if he is having some serious illness, the body may already be on the edge of collapse. So, when metabolic rate decreases, chances are that the body can no longer combat against the illness (bacteria, viruses or even your own body cells that has turned bad) and so life is taken away.
