i found an article on Chocolate which was interesting indeed in our local rad called " D scene "
the article is called "YOUR INNER CENTRE"
written by a man known as DR Chocolate: Chocologist Murray Langham.
he says that Chocolate is linked to ones mood/ self esteem.
generally the type of Chocolate you like points towards the type of personality you have.
psychotherapist Murray Langham is a therapist & councilor from wairarapa NZ who is going to be working @ the Cadbury Chocolate carnival being held here in Dunedin NZ next month.
here's what your favorite Chocolate says about your personality:
Caramel Chocolate: you have a good eye for detail, "they like to play with money" they don't care whose money it is thou.

Hard Caramel Chocolate: you are staunch.
Nut Chocolate: you are determined, but it also depends on what type of nut you like.
Milk Chocolate: you carry around your past events & look back @ past events when looking @ present events.
Dark Chocolate: you are optimistic & look to the future rather than the past.
Dislike Chocolate:you are either in denial/ are an independent & can stand up on your own two feet
he has a saying that makes for good sense in away he says " making Chocolate off-limits can turn into forbidden fruits - making it more appealing to one' self"

I tend to favor dark chocolate more than others, I think because I have been brainwashed to believe it is healthy. Caramel chocolate comes in a close second. I think I need to go find some chocolate right away this morning.

| 5. mentalward (4271) | 7 months ago |  I prefer milk chocolate but that description doesn't fit me at all. I've always put the past in the past. Sometimes, it takes longer than at other times, but I leave the past where it belongs and rarely look back.
The dark chocolate and caramel chocolate do tend to describe me pretty well. The funny thing is that, even though I ADORE caramel chocolate, I hate dark chocolate. Eww. It's just too bitter for me.
It's funny that I just came across this discussion because I just finished a bowl of vanilla ice cream with chocolate fudge swirl, with caramel topping added. YUMMMMMMM!!!
