Starting my own business again....

Lately I have been thinking about starting another business. In the past I had started one out of my home with my roommate and it did ok. We didn't use credit cards so our inventory was pretty low and we did all of the work ourselves. It got a bit much holding down full time jobs and a business on the side. I wasn't ready to give up a full time paycheck for a home based business and we weren't ready to expand so we stopped it.

In the past two months I have thought about starting it again but this time not as a home based business but as a store front, of course I would have an on line aspect to it. I am currently doing something I didn't do in the past which is look for commercial property within my city, I never knew how hard the search could be. I was able to find homes for sale and I see signs for leasing business space all the time around the city but no phone number is listed on the signs just a leasing companies name, also no mention of price range. Makes me wonder if these companies really want to lease out the space.
