Do you ever fight with your office staff at your work??????

I have experienced working in three different offices now and so far, I haven't experienced any fight with my co-workers. I think it can be possible as long as respect for each other is there and that everyone knows their boundaries.

As i can remember, i never fighting with my colleague on my office. I don't think it's an important thing to do on the office. We are there to work to build our character and career. But frankly speaking, sometimes i'm in quarrel with my colleague. It's just about different opinion on our job, or usually just a misunderstanding or miscommunication. But we can fix it as soon as possible since we all realize that we are professional. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Hey. Haha. Well as for me, not really fight FIGHT. Just second/hidden meaning way of talking and actions. I think that fighting may affect the quality of work alot, which is why i'm not really in favor of it. But I think that misunderstandings are really a part of work life.

It cannot be avoided especially if we have deadlines to meet. But I make it a point that the fight or argument would not go beyond personal things.

Fight cannot be avoided. It's always around. It is the way on how you can express your emotions against someone. With me, I have worked with 4 companies but I did not experience any heavy fight with my co - workers or with my officemates. I admit there are some misunderstanding, but it is easily been fix. Most reasons for heavy quarrels at work is envy. hope this will be a helpful answer. have a great day.

nope i don't have nay fights with my co workers.in fact im a pet of everybody in my work hub. i seem to be very friendly with everyone though there are some of them that i don't actually liked.call me a pretender but that has made me keep away from any form of chaos.

Hi Binthu, I won't use the word 'fight' - this sounds physical. There are conflicts and differences of opinions at work; however I believe these can be solved appropriately.

Oh, I haven't done this before, I think he must do or say something really bad to you.

I never tried to stoop at her level even if she was saying bad and negative things about me so it didn't end up being a fight. She was more senior than I am from rank to the number of years at the company so all I did was left - and now I have a way better job than what I had with that nasty boss.Lol.
