How do you keep your customer " HAPPY " when they visit to your retail outlet??  | |  Generally the retail out lets having much customers than other shops
because retails outlet has all the necessary products. The customer
should be happy when they visit to your retail shop otherwise they will not be back again.

* be polite and friendly in your manner whn speaking to customers
*treat them the same whether they are spending $1 or $1000 - make all your customers feel that they are important to you
*make sure there is enough staff to answer the customers questions, but don't be too pushy, some people really hate this and just want to be left alone to browse
* don't sell junk and offer a refund policy for faulty products, so that your customer will be happy with the actual product
