If you can go back and change things you have did in life will you do it?

I will do it!! There are just so many things that I wished i can re-do that I have already lost count of them. I tend to wonder about how things will work out if I handle the same situation in a totally different manner, so I'll definitely do it if i am given the opportunity to do so=D

i will do it......i would not go too much but only couple of years.....when i had a fight with one of my friend.......that thing completely my friendship with her....whenever i think of that day i feel that if i had a time machine then i would go back to that day.....and would change everything......because i said something to her from that we both are still friends but our friendship has changed a lot.....now we are just friends......

i often ask myself that, i would have to say no to 95% of them. because of what i did i would have learned the leasons that i learn, and i would have been able to help many others in the way i have done.
the only thing i would change is i would have spent more time seeing my mom then allowing people taking up my time from her.

If I could go back and pick and choose what I wished to change and keep of my life and know what I know today...then of course I would. I would not try so hard to get my parents back together when they divorce and I was just 5. I would not have blamed myself for all the things I had no control over when I was just a child.
I would have made a different decision when my father kicked me out of the house at 16 and went to college like I planned on from the earliest times I can remember.
I would not have married my first husband. I thought I had to and had no other options.
I'd still want to have my 3 children but things would have been so much more different and better. They would not have the father they did and we would not have been on our own for so many years struggling. Their father and I would be together even now.
I would be a scientist like I wanted to be. I would not have just settled for all of the things I have all my life.
I certainly would not have been with a man that abused me every chance he thought to do so. I would have figured out what to do when my father was abusing me and my brother instead of doing the wrong things to try and fix it even though I was young I'd still know what to do and how to do it.
I would have had more options open for me all of my life if only I had known hat I could do. Or found a way to do what I wanted to do.
When all I wanted was to be happy, be in love with the same person that loved me, have a career and my family. A nice home and vehicle that would not break down all of the time.
I had simple but not unrealistic dreams. That if I had known the things I do now...things I wanted could have been accomplished before I got older.
I would have been able to retire early and enjoy my older years and my family.

I might change a few minor things like what I said to people during my life. For the most part I am satisfied with how it has turned out. You have to take chances in life or you will always think what if?

Hi... I just sign up today... I like your topic. Really I was thinking about this, if I can go back I would like to change somethings... but someone told me, when you back you will to do somethings like before... so no need, I think my life is like that... now just continue and try to do best... life is beautiful...

I have to say that I would not change a singl ething, I have made mistakes and had some bad times but they are all things that have made me the person I am today. Without having amde mistakes and had bad times I would not be able to enjoy the good things in my life like my children, family and freinds.

hi silverstone this discussion is really interesting but i really feel depressed and become sad whenever someone asks me such questions because i really would like to go back and correct the mistakes what i have done because of which i am suffering today but the fact is that that cannot happen and u have to continue with the future whether u like it or not.but i really hope that atleast i get accustomed with the present and take it as a challenge to succeed in life

Yes, it will be really great if we are able to alter our past. But gone is gone, nothing ahead to alter the past. Better let us live the life today in good manner.
