I'm From Michigan & The Penguins deserved the Stanley Cup!  | | | |  When the Penguins lifted the stanley cup, people were boo'ing which wasn't classy at all. It takes alot of effort to play as well as they do & we just have to face the fact that The Wings did not play that well. The entire game they just looked slow and old and were just chasing the Penguins around the Ice and falling everywhere. The Wings just were not on their game and haven't been throughout the entire playoffs and just seem worn out. The Penguins were faster on the ice and played a hell of alot better. Yeah, there may have been a few calls that were over looked that may have turned things around, but I don't think it would of. So I'm just here to say congratulations Pittsburg.

| |  The Penguins deserved the Cup. They fought hard and won the seventh game on the road. Not many teams have done that. I think this is the first of many Stanley Cups for the Penguins.

| |  The Pens deserved the Cup. (Hossa didn't.) The initial booing when commissioner/president (?) Bettman brought out the Cup was for Bettman. I see that happening all over the league. Bettman is just not respected by fans. As for the later booing, I guess that's expected when you win in enemy territory. And yes the Pens are young and exciting and we may see a few more Cups, but not as many as one might expect due to cap issues and parity.
